Apple - Peach Mojito Mocktail

Ingredients: 

1 bottle (750 ml.) Cider Keg Sparkling Apple Peach

6 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice

3 tablespoons granulated sugar

24 large fresh mint leaves plus more for garnish

1 peach, sliced

1 red apple, sliced

1 green apple, sliced

1 lime, sliced

Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, mix together Cider Keg Sparkling Apple - Peach, lime juice, and sugar until sugar has dissolved.
  2. In the bottom of each serving glass, muddle 8 mint leaves.
  3. Add ice to each glass then top with Cider Kegs Sparkling Apple-Peach, lime and sugar mixture. Add the peach, apple, and lime slices. Garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately.
