Cider Keg Chilled Fresh Fruit Soup
Melt butter in a large sauce pan. Add fruit and sauté, stirring until fruit begins to soften. Add Sparkling Cider and chicken stock. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until apples are soft. Remove from heat. Add Pie In A Jar. Puree mixture with immersion blender or pour, in batches, into blender and process until smooth. Add additional sparkling cider if necessary to achieve desired consistency. Chill until ready to serve. Spoon into small bowls and garnish with dollop of whipped cream and mint leave.
