Quick and Easy Salad Dip
INGREDIENTS
1 package spreadable cream cheese light or regular
1/2 light sour cream
1 jar of Cider Keg salsa with cider
1/2 shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 chopped green onion
1/2 fresh sweet peppers
1 bag of nachos
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend together 1 package spreadable cream cheese light or regular with 1/2 cup light sour cream.
Spread in the bottom of low bowl or plate top with a jar of Cider Keg Salsa with Cider.
1/2 Cup of shredded cheddar, chopped green onion and fresh sweet peppers to taste. Break out the Nachos and enjoy this delicious treat with friends on the patio.
