Southern Maid Mocktail
This cool and refreshing mocktail is a great way to wake up your tastebuds with a surprisingly fresh flavour combination!
Ingredients:
1/4 Cucumber, thinly sliced
1/3 cup of Apple Juice
600ml Cider Keg Sparkling Apple Cider
Fresh Mint
Lemon Slices
Crushed Ice
Directions:
1. In a large cocktail shaker, muddle cucumber and 8 mint leaves. Add lemon and apple juice, and shake well to combine.
2. Strain into a pitcher and top with Cider Keg Sparkling Apple Cider top with ice.
3. Garnish with extra cucumber slices, lemon slices and mint.
